Who sells the products
Captdev Marketplace offers digital source code and templates. Some products may include open-source or other third-party materials. The seller is Capt Dev. Public business and support details are on the contact page.
What you are buying
Each listing describes the product, price in Philippine pesos, included files, requirements, and any download limit. Review those details before buying. A purchase gives you a license to use the files; ownership of the underlying intellectual property does not transfer to you.
License and permitted use
For material the seller owns, unless a product listing states different terms, one purchase gives you a non-exclusive, worldwide right to download, modify, and use it in your own or your clients' projects. You may deploy finished projects built with it. You may not resell or redistribute the seller-owned source files as a standalone product or template. Open-source and other third-party portions remain under their own licenses, which may grant additional rights and require preserving notices.
Payment and delivery
Checkout uses manual GCash payment. Send the displayed amount to the displayed account, then submit the reference number and payment proof. We review the payment before approving an order. When approved, the private download appears in your account. An order submission alone does not mean payment has been verified.
Please keep your order number and payment reference. If payment is not approved, contact us so we can investigate or arrange an appropriate remedy.
Product requirements and support
You are responsible for checking the stated software and hosting requirements. Products may need setup, configuration, or third-party services. If the delivered files do not match the listing or do not work as described, use the contact pageto report the issue and include your order number.
Refunds and legal rights
Our refund policy explains cancellations and remedies. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future orders. The version shown at checkout is recorded with your order. Philippine law applies to these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
